Who we are and what this covers

Upper Cumberland Fence LLC is a fencing contractor based in Crossville, Tennessee. This policy covers uppercumberlandfence.com and the ways we handle information when you contact us through it.

The short version: we collect what you tell us so we can quote your fence and get back to you. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we don't hand your phone number to marketers.

Information you give us

If you fill out a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message. If you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us then.

We use it to respond to you, prepare an estimate, schedule and perform work, and keep in touch about your project. That's it.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs exist for security and reliability and we don't use them to build a profile of you.

This site loads no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so no outside company receives your IP address just because you loaded a page here.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate or your job.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only so they can do their job:

• Our customer-management system (Coraline, built on HighLevel) stores contact-form submissions and our messages with you.
• Our web host (Vercel) serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Email and phone providers carry the messages between us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if it's necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

Cookies and your choices

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set here is functional, meaning it exists to make a form or page work correctly.

Your browser can block or delete cookies. Nothing on this site will break if you do.

How long we keep things and how we protect them

We keep customer and estimate records as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements, then we get rid of them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving this entire site over an encrypted connection. No website or company can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a fencing contractor. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we'll delete it.
