By using uppercumberlandfence.com you accept these terms. If you've signed a written estimate or work agreement with us, that signed agreement controls wherever it differs from anything on this page.

What we do

Upper Cumberland Fence LLC installs and repairs fencing and gates in the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. This website describes our services in general terms. The specifics of any job, including scope, materials, price and schedule, live in the written estimate and agreement for that job, not on this site.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and are based on what we can see when we walk the property. An estimate is not a contract until it's accepted in writing. If conditions turn up that nobody could reasonably have seen at the walkthrough, we'll stop and talk to you before doing work that changes the price.

Prices, service areas and availability described on this site can change without notice.

No guarantee of results

We describe how we build fence and what tends to hold up on this ground. Those are informed opinions from experience, not promises. Site conditions, weather, soil, use and maintenance all affect how any fence performs, and nothing on this website is a warranty. Any warranty we give you will be in writing in your job agreement.

Information on this site

We try to keep this site accurate, including the material about permits, codes and community rules. Codes and association requirements change and vary by address, so treat what you read here as a starting point rather than a legal determination, and confirm the requirements for your property before you rely on them.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Upper Cumberland Fence LLC. The project photographs are of our own work. Please don't copy them for your own commercial use without asking.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, don't try to interfere with it or gain access you weren't given, and don't scrape it to build a competing service. Submitting deliberately false information through our forms is also not okay.

Disclaimer and limits on liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent Tennessee law allows, Upper Cumberland Fence LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and working things out

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Cumberland County, Tennessee.

Before anybody files anything, call us. Most problems get sorted out in a phone call, and we would rather fix something than argue about it.

Changes, severability and contact
